Access

• Passcode-gated sessions
  A shared admin passcode unlocks the app. Sessions are signed and persist for 7 days.

Practices

• Practice directory
  Every practice from Airtable with clinician counts — searchable, sortable, and click-through to drill in.
• Multi-practice selection
  Pick several practices at once to combine their clinicians into a single working set.
• Unmapped Practice bucket
  Amplifi learners whose emails don't match any Airtable practice are surfaced in a dedicated row so nobody falls through the cracks.

Clinicians

• Clinician list
  Name, email, specialty, and practice for each clinician in the selected scope. Searchable and sortable on every column.
• Multi-clinician selection
  Pick individuals or use select-all to feed downstream actions (report, export, share).
• Export to CSV
  Download the selected clinicians as a dated CSV (name, email, practice).

Reports

• Aggregate report
  Generate a full-screen report across the selected clinicians — summary stats, D3 charts, and reflection detail.

Publishing & sharing

• Publish a report
  Turn any report into a link with a 6-character share code. Add a name and description for context.
• Snapshot vs. Live-by-practice
  Snapshot locks in exactly who was selected. Live resolves the roster from the current practice at view time, so newly-added clinicians show up automatically.
• Optional passcode lock
  Protect a share with a 4+ character passcode. Viewers unlock with the passcode for a time-limited session.
• Shares manager
  Header "Shares" button opens a list of every active share — copy the link or delete it in one click. Badge shows the current count.
• Public viewer
  A dedicated /shared/<code> page lets anyone with the code (and passcode, if set) open the report without admin access.

Amplifi Underwriter BETA

• Per-clinician exploration
  Open an AI-assisted profile for any individual clinician, combining their reflection activity with public context via Google Search grounding.
• Nine-dimension coverage map
  Maps reflection keywords across CRICO risk areas, AI-era practice, and human-centered dimensions — each scored strong / moderate / thin / absent.
• Themes, flags, and nudges
  Surfaces observed patterns, tentative concerns, and suggested reflection or CME directions — with source citations from the grounding search.
• 24-hour cache with re-run
  Results are cached for a day and tagged as such. Use "Re-run" to bypass the cache and regenerate on demand.
